Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) for Children of Baltimore is a volunteer-driven non-profit organization committed to serving abused and neglected children by providing court appointed special advocates to voice their best interests. CASA staff and volunteers come from all walks of life. They encourage reunification, help children in need of assistance find a permanent family, and encourage children to reach their full potential.
