CareMessage is a Stanford University-born, Google.org-backed nonprofit healthcare technology organization that develops mobile technologies to improve health outcomes and reduce cost of care for low-income, underserved patients. CareMessage’s technology platform helps safety net healthcare organizations leverage interactive text messaging-based clinical interventions to address chronic health issues for vulnerable populations across the United States.

Since launching in late 2013, our technology platform has grown to support more than 200 community health centers and free and charitable clinics across 40 states reaching more than 3.5 million Medicaid and uninsured patients, resulting in improved appointment attendance, medication compliance, chronic care management, cancer prevention, and HbA1c scores.
