People’s Homesteading Group is a non-profit community development organization dedicated to providing families of low to moderate income with decent, affordable home ownership and rental housing opportunities in a safe, vibrant and productive neighborhood. Currently, People's Homesteading Group is renovating vacant Baltimore row houses for sale or lease-purchase to households of low to moderate income in an historic district in Central Baltimore.
