Rainier Health and Fitness promotes healthy lifestyles and strong bodies. RHF contributes to the bigger vision of undoing the cycle of poverty by addressing the health disparities that afflict people of low income neighborhoods like Southeast Seattle’s Rainier Valley. We do this by creating a fitness center that is accessible, offers a high quality service, and builds unity in our community.
