UNO has sought to create a national model based on the premise that high-quality education is the way to improve and build communities. Schools, in our view, are the institution that can integrate Hispanic children and their families into American society. UNO believes that public schools can help Hispanic families make the transition into successful Americans by challenging their commitments, responsibilities, and behaviors they need to reach that goal.
Our goal is to give children the education they deserve. As the UCSN continues to grow and its students continue to achieve academic excellence, that will always be our priority.
