To improve the quality of life in Independence Heights through neighborhood revitalization and historic preservation.

Independence Heights is engaged in implementing a comprehensive community plan that was created in 2010. We are focused on multiple areas of development including housing, health, education, historic preservation, marketing, hunger, children and youth, seniors, emergency preparedness, economic development and technology.
