We are a grassroots, nonprofit organization with a volunteer board. We have been bringing awareness of Japanese culture to Southern Colorado since 1998, and if you have attended events like Mochitsuki Festival(rice pounding in January), Children's Day Festival (typically held at CC), or the Japanese Cultural Bazaar(held at UCCS), you have supported our mission! We dream of bringing more opportunities to connect and engage with Japanese culture to people all over Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and everywhere in-between. Our vision is enrich Southern Colorado with endless opportunities to engage with Japanese culture.

- Japanese-American or Japanese cultural knowledge
- knowledge of Japanese language
- a general passion for spreading the love of Japanese culture!
