Leadership Greater Washington

Founded in 1986, Leadership Greater Washington (LGW) is a nonprofit membership organization that unites visionary leaders from businesses, government agencies, and nonprofit organizations for dialogue and education about the region. We create the space and structure for these LGW leaders to collaborate on improving the quality of life in our communities and solving the region’s challenges. LGW serves more than 2,000 members from diverse backgrounds.

Staff—complemented by a team of member volunteers—manage membership activities, communications, programming, and finances. At LGW, we value our employees as much as we value our members.
