Mark and Kathryn Ford Family Foundation

The Mark and Kathryn Ford Family Foundation at FunLimón is a non-profit organization based in Tola, Nicaragua.

Our mission is to create educational opportunities for local community members in Limon #1 and surrounding communities. We offer youth and adult English language courses, computer classes, and vocational classes. We also have an adult literacy program, youth sports program and offer micro-loans to local entrepreneurs. We support over 30 students with full-tuition university scholarships and offer tutoring services to over 100 primary school students. We are a growing part of this quickly developing community and strive to help people gain the knowledge and skills needed to become empowered agents of change in their communities.
