Sun Valley Kitchen + Community Center

Sun Valley Kitchen + Community Center is a community hub, youth employer, catalyst for entrepreneurship, provider of enrichment programs for children, and mentoring for local youth, a restaurant, a small grocery store, and a free grocery program (“food pantry”) in the Denver Neighborhood of Sun Valley. The organization’s motto is to feed families with food and love. During 2020, despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Sun Valley Kitchen served 5,400 families representing 65 zip codes in the Denver metro area, distributing over 86,000 lbs of nutritious food.
