Local youth build tangible job skills while exploring career paths in kitchen operations and food preparation. Beyond workforce training, we provide wraparound services—including mentorship, mental health support, personal development resources, and a Scholarship Fund—to ensure youth feel supported both on the job and in their lives. Join us and be a consistent, positive presence in the lives of Sun Valley youth by helping create opportunities to learn, grow, and build confidence! Volunteers may assist with events, meals, workshops, activities, mentoring, or other youth development programs based on their interests and availability.

Professional Development Dinners

Help create a welcoming space where Sun Valley youth can explore careers, finances, goal-setting, and their future. Volunteers may help set up and serve meals, facilitate conversations, share personal or professional experiences, and encourage youth to ask questions and connect.

Ideal for: Adults and young professionals who enjoy mentoring, conversation, and sharing real-world experiences.

Professional Workshops

Support hands-on workshops that help youth ages 12–18 build practical skills for their future. Volunteers can assist with activities, lead or co-lead sessions, provide guidance, and share knowledge in areas such as resume building, financial literacy, career exploration, communication, and workplace skills.

Leadership Opportunities

Empower young people to discover and strengthen their leadership skills.
