Watoto Kicheko’s mission is to run an orphanage for 24 abandoned and at-risk babies and children, from birth to 18 years. We will provide housing, food and education, including third level education, for all of the children in our care. Also, we will provide family homes for children over age 2.5 years. Watoto Kicheko works actively with local authorities, social welfare office and communities to return children back to their families. We support families in the community, when required. The Center will encourage and support fostering and adoption of the children by suitable families.
