“MCOHA’s Mission is to enrich the Morris County community and to promote bi-cultural exchange through services, programs, information, education, and civic participation.” MCOHA’s services are provided by four departments: Community Outreach, Education, Home Energy & Weatherization Assistance, and Transportation. MCOHA is a private, nonprofit organization established in 1976 in Dover, New Jersey.

Our organization serves the community through (4) four offices located in Dover, Morristown, Butler & Netcong. This publication outlines our current programs available to the Morris County Community.
