Students Disrupting Inc was incorporated on September 3, 2019 for exclusively charitable and educational purposes, with the goal of developing, supporting, and sustaining student-run newspapers for all NYC public schools, providing, however, that all purposes of the Corporation are and shall remain exclusively charitable, scientific or educational and otherwise within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
