Our mission at CARE is to improve health in New Haven among people most impacted by disparities, including black and brown communities and low-income populations through collaborative research, practice, and engagement.
We envision thriving communities that foster health and wellbeing for all people in all systems, regardless of race, ethnicity, income, or social status.
CARE IS FOCUSED ON ACHIEVING HEALTH EQUITY FOR NEW HAVEN RESIDENTS.
