Turnaround Tuesday Inc. (TAT) Mission: To prepare “returning”, unemployed, and under employed citizens to reenter the workforce and take an active role in transforming their communities.

TAT core strategies: Building relationships, creating a mediating institution anchored in the community, essential skills and job readiness training, leadership development. Accountability measures: job placements, job retention, and demonstrated leadership of participants in their communities.

TAT is a subsidiary of BUILD, Baltimoreans United in Leadership Development.
