ThinkQuest is a not-for-profit organization in New York City whose mission is to help inner city students, grades 3-12, succeed in today's knowledge-based economy.
We help students become familiar with technology. Teams create websites and compete against peers. The process requires students to think creatively, conduct research, problem solve and work collaboratively as part of a team.
To do this we form partnerships with schools and administrators, train and support teachers and sponsor a well-publicized contest, "The ThinkQuest Challenge". This year over 4000 New York City students competed.
