The Modest Foundation

The mission of The Modest Foundation is to eliminate the disparities in health care, to provide links and resources to high quality health care to all individuals, regardless of ethnicity race and other factors.

We are a social service organization headquartered in Metropolitan Detroit. We currently service a tri-county area, including the couties of Wayne, Oakland and Macomb counties. We are funded in part by Crystal Home Healthcare , grants and individual donations.

• We work with passion to help our community get access to medical care and equipment that would otherwise go unattended.
• Create innovative and all-inclusive programs that are cost-efficient and diverse in nature.
• Uses community resources and current research to identify target audiences based on need and accessability.
• We work to maintain our positive reputation in our community and more specifically, the medical community.

The Modest Foundation is funded in part by Crystal Home Healthcare, the only truly integrated healthcare delivery system in our region.
