Our mission to provide guidance to both individuals and families for the right resources and assistance they can use during unexpected circumstance. The purpose of this nonprofit is to act as a community support system. We are often asked “why the name Spread the Purple?” The color purple has been associated with power, nobility and wealth throughout history. The dye for the color purple was considered to be very expensive, so only the wealthy were able to wear it. Since our organization assist individuals build towards a future of stability and prosperity, it seemed appropriate that we strived to “Spread The Purple”.
