Girls on the Run of Vermont, Inc. is a non-competitive, athletic, educational program with a mission to inspire girls to be joyful, healthy and confident, using a fun, experience-based curriculum that creatively integrates running. The girls train for a five-kilometer running event using character building and self-esteem enhancing warm-ups, workouts, games and other activities.
