Acerca de

The Perry County Council of the Arts (PCCA) is a rural, grassroots success story that was founded in 1982 and established 501(c)3 status in 1985. Over the course of three decades, PCCA has cultivated and promoted a growing, then thriving arts culture in the area. In 2007, PCCA was named Best Arts Non-Profit (tie) in the country by NICHE Magazine. In 2014, more than 60,000 adults and children took a class, displayed their art, saw an exhibition, attended a recital, took photographs, interacted with an artist, read their poetry, bought artwork, held meetings, danced, sang, or painted, all under the auspices of the Perry County Council of the Arts.
