Mentor Dreams

Mentor Dreams' mission is to empower underprivileged youth in Zambia to reach their full potential through access to quality education, skills training, and mentorship. We serve disadvantaged adolescents and young adults from ages 12-24.

Our programs help youth overcome barriers to academic achievement, personal development, and employment opportunities. Core initiatives include:

• Mentorship program: Matches youth with dedicated adult role models for guidance on education, careers, self-efficacy and life skills.
• STEM camps: Immersive camps focused on science, technology, engineering and math to build critical thinking and technical abilities.
• Skills workshops: Runs regular workshops on in-demand skills like coding, marketing, writing and more to improve youth’s employability.
• Career conferences: Connects youth to employers, entrepreneurs and working professionals to inspire career paths and networking.
• Opportunity hub: Provides centralized access to scholarships, jobs, internships and other youth empowerment resources.

Our goal is to reach 1 million underprivileged Zambian youth by 2030. We aim to achieve this through building a dedicated network of talented mentors, partners, and supporters who embrace our empowerment mission.
