The vision of a 1000 Villages Organization is to build that partnership with people all around the world where volunteers play an important role in Africa by devoting their time, love, services and expertise in whatever field they find themselves in creating and building a better world.
The mission of 1000 Villages volunteering organization is simple – to be a part of the global changes that will impact the world positively for generations to come. This mission is what underpins all of the projects run under our programme and guides the concepts, development and implementation of each and every initiative. It aims to increase talents, harbor long lasting relationships, promote good will, and celebrate Africa with not only Africans but also people who believe in Africa.
