Neighborcare Mission: To provide comprehensive health care to families and individuals who have difficulty accessing care; respond with sensitivity to the needs of our culturally diverse patients; and advocate and work with others to improve the overall health status of the communities we serve. Acerca de
Meridian Center for Health is a three-way partnership between Seattle-King County Public Health, Neighborcare Health, & Valley Cities Behavioral Health, that are working on bringing comprehensive health care services together in a single setting. We aim for more than that by integrating our componanents of care on behalf of our patients. By doing so, we create a more seamless experience for patients that will foster broader access, follow-up, continuity, and easy movement across parts of the system.
