Nuestra Comunidad (NC) is a Sonoma County-based nonprofit focused on disaster preparedness for all, with an emphasis on under-served communities including our Spanish speaking population and low-income seniors. We passionately believe in improving the health, safety, and well-being of the community by delivering equitable programs that promote health and safety, improve quality of life, and foster a culture of preparedness.

With our values of community, collaboration, commitment, and equity we design community centered programs and work with local agencies and organizations to bring the latest information, services and training to our community members. We serve in Sonoma County, California, and throughout the nation. Because Nuestra Comunidad understands that inclusiveness and equal access to information, services, and training are the key to building true community resilience, we are intentional in our efforts to reach vulnerable populations.
