JEVS Human Services Financial Management Services- Delaware (JEVS FMS-Delaware), helps disabled, adult residents of Delaware maintain independence in the home and community by administering services whereby such individuals recruit, hire and manage personal care attendants of their own choice. JEVS FMS provides the fiscal and administrative supports required to enable the individual in his or her role as household employer.
