NeighborGood Partners in Dover, Delaware is an established nonprofit leader working across the Delmarva Peninsula in the fields of affordable housing, community development, and lending. We are a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) and member of the NeighborWorks America network of excellence. With an outstanding history of achievements that spans more than four decades, and a diverse staff of 45, our mission is to “Strengthen communities through housing, lending, and education.”
