Friend to Friend

We are a non-profit soup kitchen out of Homestead, FL. We serve out of St. John's Episcopal church. Our goal is to unite local people who are in need of a hot, well balanced meal. We bring together senior citizens, young adults, single moms, struggling families and homeless people. We also donate clothing when it becomes available. When bringing the community together, they get to know each other and it lowers crime in the area. We serve once a week 80-125 people. We also donate toys during the holidays from the church toy drive. Our volunteers vary from church members, locals who care and people in need. We want to make a difference and make sure no on in our community goes hungry.
