The mission of Fusion Kitchen is to increase Canadian employment opportunities for immigrant women by localizing and transforming cultural experiences. Fusion Kitchen offers cultural cooking classes taught by the women, in order for them to gain work experience, develop their transferable skill sets, and build their self-confidence. We use food as an avenue to connect social and cultural communities.
