Make a real impact—help patients navigate and reduce their medical bills through organized, behind-the-scenes support.

What You’ll Do

• Email hospitals/providers to request bill forgiveness or reductions
• Track requests and follow up on outstanding bills
• Document updates in our EMR system (athenahealth)
• Help close cases once resolved

Commitment

• Ongoing (preferred)
• Start in-person for training; remote option available

You’re a Good Fit If You Are

• Detail-oriented and comfortable with email/computers
• Organized and persistent with follow-up
• A clear, professional communicator
