About A&N Career Services Project
The A&N Career Services Project is a workforce and career mobility initiative advancing structured pathways to professional growth through cohort-based programming, employer engagement, and cross-sector collaboration. As we expand pilot implementation, we are activating the A&N Alumni Network to extend engagement and advancement opportunities for up to 24 months post-completion.
The Alumni Network reinforces lifecycle continuity, professional visibility, and sustained career mobility beyond initial program participation.
Role Overview
The Alumni Program Lead (Volunteer) will operationalize and launch the A&N Alumni Network within a defined 16-week engagement.

The Alumni Program must be operational and be prepared to actively enroll participants by the end of the 16-week engagement.
