    Description

Alumni Program Lead (Atlanta or Virtual) (Volunteer)

    About A&N Career Services Project

The A&N Career Services Project is a workforce and career mobility initiative advancing structured pathways to professional growth through cohort-based programming, employer engagement, and cross-sector collaboration. As we expand pilot implementation, we are activating the A&N Alumni Network to extend engagement and advancement opportunities for up to 24 months post-completion.

The Alumni Network reinforces lifecycle continuity, professional visibility, and sustained career mobility beyond initial program participation.

    Role Overview

The Alumni Program Lead (Volunteer) will operationalize and launch the A&N Alumni Network within a defined 16-week engagement.

The Alumni Network framework - including leadership tracks, signature events, and the 24-month advancement pathway - has already been established. This role focuses on translating that framework into a fully activated, functioning program with defined enrollment systems, engagement cadence, communication infrastructure, and participation tracking.

The Alumni Program must be operational and be prepared to actively enroll participants by the end of the 16-week engagement.

This role operates within the established A&N framework and under executive direction.

    How You Will Contribute

    Program Launch & Activation

    • Develop and execute rollout plan for Alumni Network activation
    • Support initial enrollment of eligible alumni
    • Activate engagement cadence across leadership tracks

    Enrollment & Systems Implementation

    • Design and implement alumni enrollment workflow
    • Identify and establish communication platform or portal
    • Create onboarding materials and participation guidelines

    Engagement Infrastructure

    • Establish check-in cadence and accountability structure
    • Implement alumni participation tracking system
    • Map signature event structure and annual cadence

    Documentation & Continuity

    • Document operating procedures for sustainability
    • Provide engagement metrics summary by conclusion of term

Who This Role Is Well Suited For

This engagement is well suited for professionals with experience in program implementation, membership or community models, talent development, lifecycle engagement systems, startup operations, or workforce initiatives.

It may be particularly relevant for individuals who enjoy translating strategic vision into operational structure within a growth-stage organization.

    What You Gain

    • Ownership of program activation within a defined framework
    • Portfolio-ready implementation documentation and systems
    • Measurable leadership contribution tied to a live program launch
    • Professional reference upon successful completion
    • Eligibility for inclusion in the A&N Alumni Network
    • A meaningful opportunity to apply your skills to work that directly expands access and opportunity for others
