Role Overview
15 – 20 hrs./month. Flexible schedule. Work from home. We are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to lead our email outreach efforts within the Monday.com ecosystem. You won’t just be "sending emails"—you will be architecting a sophisticated communication engine. Your goal is to turn our lead database into a highly segmented, interest-driven conversion machine by leveraging Monday.com’s automations, integrations, and tracking capabilities.
Typical Examples of Work
Strategic Segmentation: Analyze our Monday.com boards to group contacts by industry, behavior, and specific interests.
Build dynamic "Views" and "Groups" that ensure the right message hits the right person at the right time.
Campaign Execution: Design and deploy email campaigns directly through Monday.com (using the Emails & Activities app or integrations like Mailchimp/Constant Contact). Ensure content is tailored to the specific "interest drivers" of each segment.
Optimization & A/B Testing: Rigorous testing of subject lines, CTA placement, and "from" names. Implement split-testing workflows to determine which messaging resonates best before scaling.
KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and report on Open Rates, CTR (Click-Through Rate), and Conversion Rates. Build Monday.com Dashboards to visualize campaign performance and ROI for stakeholders.
Skill Sets
Thorough Monday.com knowledge: Automations, "Emails & Activities," and Board Relationships.
Audience Logic: Thorough understanding of how to slice data based on custom columns and lead status.
Analytical Experience: Ability to translate "raw data" into actionable marketing insights.
Growth Mindset Experience with A/B testing methodology (hypothesize, test, analyze, repeat).
Are you familiar with Conditional Automations? For example, do you know how to set a trigger so that if a lead clicks an email link (Targeted "Interest A"), their status on the board automatically updates to a Hot Lead - "Interest A?"
