Vine Maple Place serves single-parent homeless families in our community by providing hope, programs and services to help these families get back on the road to stability. During the summer we have a KidsZone program with themed games and activities in age-approrpiate groups (ages 0-2, 3-5 and 6-12). If you enjoy playing with kids, then join the fun and enrich a child's life this summer.
Dates:
Maple Valley location: Tuesdays - Friday, 10am - 12 p.m or 1:30-4 pm - June 27h through August 18th.
Kent location: Tuesdays, 1:30-4:00 pm- June 27h through August 18th.
Note:
Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age.
A volunteer screening is required and background check on those 18+.
Training provided in Conscious Discipline and Trauma Informed Care.
