Shelter Volunteer – Disaster Relief Operation | Mineral Wells, TX

In the wake of the recent tornado in Mineral Wells, the American Red Cross is mobilizing shelter volunteers to support our community response. We need compassionate, reliable individuals who are ready to step up and make a difference when it matters most.

We are currently offering Just-in-Time Training sessions over the next few days that will prepare you to assist in one of our emergency shelters. No prior experience is necessary — just a willingness to serve.

What to expect:

Volunteers will complete a short training to learn shelter operations and be placed to assist as needed during this active disaster relief operation.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Available for training within the next few days
