We help those who need unwavering, positive life management skills. Youth aren't born knowing the life skills that we wish they did; they must be taught and molded into productive members of society. Role Description

The Fundraiser is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing events and campaigns aimed at raising funds and securing donations for LifeSmart Education. This includes crafting compelling promotional materials, increasing public awareness of the organization’s mission and goals, and fostering relationships with donors. The role involves both creative and administrative tasks to ensure the success of fundraising initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• ·Research prospective donors
• ·Create a strong fundraising message that appeals to potential donors
• ·Identify and contact potential donors
• ·Use online platforms to raise donations
• ·Organize campaigns or events to solicit donations
• ·Maintain records of donor information
• ·Evaluate the success of previous fundraising events
• ·Train volunteers in fundraising procedures and practices
• ·Ensure that all legal reporting requirements are satisfied

Skills and Experience:

• ·College degree preferred but not required
• ·Prior experience as a Fundraiser or a strong understanding of fundraising principles is preferred.
• ·Proven ability to manage large-scale campaigns and events requiring meticulous planning and coordination.
• ·Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate LSE’s mission and inspire donations.
• ·Strong project management skills to ensure the seamless execution of initiatives.
• ·Familiarity with online fundraising tools, social media platforms, and digital marketing techniques.
• ·Exceptional relationship-building skills with donors, sponsors, and volunteers.
• ·Experience in managing volunteers for fundraising events and campaigns.
