Loneliness is a serious challenge for older adults and individuals with disabilities, especially those living alone without caregiver support. One2OneTelephone Reassurance is a life-changing phone-based program designed to bring warmth, connection, and companionship to at-risk adults in metro Atlanta.

Imagine the joy of hearing a familiar voice, someone who truly cares. For many older adults and individuals with disabilities, a simple conversation can brighten their day, ease loneliness, and remind them they’re not alone.

By volunteering, you’re not just making calls-you’re changing lives. With just a few minutes a week, you can help someone stay connected, feel valued, remain in their home and stay connected to their community.

Volunteer Requirements:

• Be at least 23 years old
• Reside in Georgia
• Be willing to use your personal phone to make calls
• Pass a fingerprint/background check
• Commit to make 1-2 calls per week, per client
• Commit to a minimum of 8 weeks of service
• Complete One2One volunteer training
