We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer who’s ready to build meaningful, scalable models, experiment fast, and contribute to tools that create real-world impact.
This role is ideal for someone who wants more than just model tuning — someone ready to grow into a technical leader and revenue-sharing partner.
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and train machine learning models for key platform features (e.g., document intelligence, donor prediction, content generation, etc.)
- Fine-tune open-source LLMs and integrate with tools like LangChain, OpenAI, or Hugging Face
- Deploy models into production in collaboration with the backend team
- Monitor performance, run experiments, and iterate quickly
- Document workflows and mentor future ML contributors
✅ You’re a Great Fit If You…
- Have experience building and deploying ML or NLP models
- Know Python well (especially with libraries like scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
- Are excited by working with LLMs and AI tools
- Can balance experimentation with real-world application
