    Descripción

    We need someone who likes to keep things moving. Not someone who waits to be told what needs to happen - someone who sees it and does it. This role sits across all our functions, keeps the organization's monthly rhythm going, and makes sure information actually flows between people.

    WHAT YOU'LL OWN

    Monthly all hands - start to finish

    You facilitate our monthly all hands, every month. That means owning the agenda, keeping the deck clean and consistent, chasing down updates from every function lead before we go live, and making sure what gets presented actually reflects where we are. This is a hard commitment - non-negotiable in this role (Meeting is every 1st Friday of the month at 9 AM PST-12 PM ET)

    Cross-functional follow-up & internal comms

    You're the connective tissue between teams. You know what's happening across functions, you spot when things are stuck, and you're not shy about following up - again, if needed - to keep things moving. You hold people accountable without making it personal. We're all volunteers, and you respect that while still setting expectations.

    Documentation & process mapping

    Over time, you help capture how each function actually works - SOPs, workflows, reference docs. The goal is clarity, not overdesign or inventing the wheel. So the organization runs well regardless of who's around that week.

    AI-assisted process improvement (nice to have)

    You're curious about AI tools and want to experiment with them to make communications and coordination between layers lighter and smarter. No prior experience required - just genuine interest in building that muscle.

    Data Tracking & Organizational Insights

    We're trying to make decisions based on actual information, not assumptions. You'll help gather and organize data for our project management platform we are implementing, volunteer participation, and team activity so leadership has a clearer picture of what's working and where support is needed.

    This may include tracking volunteer hours, monitoring project progress across functions, identifying trends or bottlenecks, and helping maintain simple reporting systems. You don't need to be a data analyst, but you should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, organizing information, spotting patterns, and turning data into useful insights that help the organization operate more effectively.

    TIME COMMITMENT

    • 1-4 hours per week for follow-ups, async chasing, and keeping things ticking
    • 1 monthly all hands meeting to facilitate - plan for preparation time in the days before
