We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic Outreach and Partnerships Manager who is full of ideas and has media and digital industry contacts to help us ensure commercial and strategic relationships with our key targeted partners.

Within this role, you will:

• Develop partnerships with groups from high schools, universities, companies, associations, and communities globally and if possible attend recruitment fair and conferences to promote Volunteer Liberia programs. Give presentations to groups about Volunteer Liberia’s programs.
• Work with the teams at Volunteer Liberia to strategize around outreach and education, and to put new ideas into action.
• Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
• Identify and source new partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls, emails and client communications
• Keep great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
• Research partners, identify key players and generate interest
• Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships
• Negotiate and finalize deals in accordance with organization’s vision and mission
• Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison
• Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships

During the first few weeks, the team counts on your experience and you’ll be expected

to hit the ground running, but you’ll have full support from the management team.
