The Community School of the Arts Foundation is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Task Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help streamline and organize our internal task and calendar management processes using Salesforce’s built-in tools. This volunteer position is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting arts education and developing their Salesforce expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Task Coordination:
- Create, assign, and monitor tasks related to the Foundation’s various projects and programs.
- Ensure timely completion by following up on open and overdue tasks.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Generate periodic reports to provide insights into task status and completion rates.
- Analyze task and event data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
- Automation Support:
- Assist in designing and implementing automated workflows for routine task assignments.
- Develop processes to streamline volunteer and staff task coordination.
- Training & Documentation:
- Help train staff and volunteers in using Salesforce’s task and calendar management features.
- Create and maintain documentation for efficient task management practices.
Qualifications:
- Experience in task and calendar management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication skills for training and documentation purposes.
