    Description

    The Community School of the Arts Foundation is seeking a dedicated Volunteer Task Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help streamline and organize our internal task and calendar management processes using Salesforce’s built-in tools. This volunteer position is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting arts education and developing their Salesforce expertise.

    Responsibilities:

    • Task Coordination:
      • Create, assign, and monitor tasks related to the Foundation’s various projects and programs.
      • Ensure timely completion by following up on open and overdue tasks.

    Reporting & Analytics:

      • Generate periodic reports to provide insights into task status and completion rates.
      • Analyze task and event data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
    • Automation Support:
      • Assist in designing and implementing automated workflows for routine task assignments.
      • Develop processes to streamline volunteer and staff task coordination.
    • Training & Documentation:
      • Help train staff and volunteers in using Salesforce’s task and calendar management features.
      • Create and maintain documentation for efficient task management practices.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in task and calendar management.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Good communication skills for training and documentation purposes.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
    • A passion for arts education and community development.
