Seeking Veterans to visit veteran patients with Sutter Care Hospice Saratoga

Sutter Care at Home Saratoga is looking for military Veterans to join our We Honor Veterans Program. Through this program, we recognize the service and sacrifices of Veteran hospice patients. Volunteers will visit terminally ill patients in their home or care facility to thank them for their service in our country's armed forces. These unique and profoundly meaningful visits are a way for us to honor patients and families for all they have given through their military service. Your presence creates space for Veterans at the end of life to share their experiences and connect with fellow Veterans who understand what it means to serve.
