Organizational and Processing Volunteer - ReStore North Wales

Come volunteer with us at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore in North Wales! Our ReStore accepts donated items (like furniture, appliances, building materials, clothing, and more) and sells them at a discounted price. All profits from sales in our ReStore stay within Habitat and help us build affordable homes, repair homes, and support neighborhood revitalization efforts in Montgomery and Delaware Counties.

Volunteer tasks in our ReStore include:

• Sorting donations (housewares, clothing, books and media, home decor, etc.)
• Organizing, building, or creating item displays
• Pricing items for sale using store guidelines and Google Lens
• Quality testing electric and other items
• Basic maintenance (sweeping, cleaning, and organizing aisles)
• Assisting with sales
• Greeting and customer service
• Assembling donated products
• Stocking store shelves
• Receiving donations
• Loading and unloading trucks

You will be part of a team that does organizational activities as well as customer service tasks and some moving. This opportunity is great for volunteers who like variety-no two days are alike. Have fun and make friends by volunteering alongside our ReStore staff and volunteers! Our ReStore welcomes all volunteers age 14 and up. Volunteers age 14-15 must volunteer with a parent/guardian.
