Photographer & Videographer – Fall Community Wellness Walk

We're looking for a volunteer photographer and/or videographer to help capture the spirit of our Fall Community Wellness Walk in Central Park.

This free community event brings people together through movement, mindfulness, creativity, and connection while recognizing Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. Your photos and videos will help us share the impact of the event, celebrate our community, and inspire others to participate in future wellness initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Capture candid moments throughout the event
• Photograph the guided wellness walk, community activities, and creative stations
• Record short video clips of participants engaging in the event
• Capture partner organizations, volunteers, and event highlights
• Take group photos and closing celebration photos
• Provide edited or high-resolution digital images and video files after the event (timeline can be discussed)

Ideal Volunteer

We're seeking someone who:

• Has experience with event photography and/or videography
• Owns and can bring their own camera equipment
• Has an eye for storytelling and authentic community moments
• Is comfortable working in an outdoor setting
• Believes in promoting community wellness and mental health awareness

Professional experience is welcome but not required. Students, emerging creatives, hobbyists, and experienced professionals are all encouraged to apply.
