🌱 Volunteer Opportunity: Experienced Fundraising Volunteer (Remote)

📍 Biosphere Eco-Cities Canada (BECC) | Remote | Volunteer | 4-5 hrs/week

Biosphere Eco-Cities Canada (BECC) is a national non-profit championing urban sustainability through grassroots collaboration and community action. We operate mostly online, with projects in cities across Canada including Ottawa, Toronto, Edmonton, and Vancouver.

We’re currently seeking a Fundraising Volunteer with 2+ years of experience who’s passionate about sustainability to help shape and grow our fundraising strategies.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• • Develop and implement creative fundraising initiatives
  • Identify and cultivate donor and funding relationships
  • Work closely with a collaborative virtual team
  • Contribute 4-5 hours/week (flexible), for a 6-month term

✅ Ideal Candidate:

• • 2+ years in fundraising, grant writing, or revenue generation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic about sustainability and community-based projects
  • Comfortable working independently in a virtual environment
