Spanish Speaking Volunteer to help Patients

Compassionate volunteers who are biligual in Spanish are urgently needed to provide friendly visits to patients who are at end of life. Families are in need of someone who can stay with their loved one while they go to their appointments and get a well-needed break. You can help someone simply by playing music, reading, reminiscing, or holding a hand!

Hackensack Meridian Hospice provides this very special type of healthcare. Volunteer visits are typically 1-2 hours a week based on your schedule and within a manageable commute. Volunteers are provided a thorough orientation free of charge. For more information, contact Hospice.Volunteer@HMHN.org.
