Braden's Hope Gala Volunteer Opportunities - October 4th

Volunteer Role Descriptions:

Setup Crew

Help unload and set up the event space. Tasks include assembling and placing centerpieces on ballroom tables, arranging auction items, setting up registration, signage, merchandise, jewelry pull, raffle displays, and other event décor.

Registration

Use an iPad to check in guests, hand out auction paddles, direct guests to open lines, and provide general assistance (wayfinding, answering questions, handling special requests, etc.).

Merchandise, Jewelry Pull & Raffle Sales

Assist guests with purchasing items and raffle tickets using an iPad.

After Party Setup

Move silent auction items out to the registration area and organize by number/category. Help prepare the space for the after party. Some lifting and walking required.

Checkout

Assist guests in collecting their auction items, help staff with OneCause check-out guests, and carry items to vehicles if needed.

Clean-Up Crew

Collect unused materials, pack up centerpieces, registration supplies, and décor. Help load items into the U-Haul or move them to storage for Sunday morning pickup. Some lifting and walking required.
