• Co-create a collaborative peer group working together to develop coaching skills and share best practices.

Ideally volunteer candidates would have:

• A proven track record of coaching leaders, teams, and systems change initiatives to extraordinary results.
• Mastery of techniques like exploratory inquiry, design thinking, systems mapping, and more.
• Curiosity, courage, and passion to empower others to achieve transformational change.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, positive mindset, and tireless commitment to making a difference.
• An inclusive attitude towards our virtual volunteers spread out around the world
