We at CrowdDoing are on an mission to drive systemic change in public health, health, catastrophic wildfire prevention, and service learning.

To power this movement, we are seeking phenomenal coaches who are obsessed with transforming lives, organizations, and entire systems.

Inspire and elevate a dynamic group of systems change makers. Guide them in turning their bold visions into realities.

• Unlock potential in emerging leaders and amplify their impact far beyond what they imagined possible.
• Immerse yourself in a systems change environment surrounded by passion, purpose, and impact potential
• Co-create a community of trailblazing pro bono mentors and pro bono coaches collaborating to systemically nurture global volunteers, our lab leaders and our #SystemsChange ecosystem.
• Help talented changemakers turn vision into reality with your experience navigating complexity.
• Co-create a collaborative peer group working together to develop coaching skills and share best practices.

Ideally volunteer candidates would have:

• A proven track record of coaching leaders, teams, and systems change initiatives to extraordinary results.
• Mastery of techniques like exploratory inquiry, design thinking, systems mapping, and more.
• Curiosity, courage, and passion to empower others to achieve transformational change.
• An entrepreneurial spirit, positive mindset, and tireless commitment to making a difference.
• An inclusive attitude towards our virtual volunteers spread out around the world
